Epiroc in Örebro, Sweden is seeking a Software Developer to join a five-person team developing video software for Epiroc machines. You will design, build and improve C++ software for video systems and remote machine control, with close collaboration between software and hardware in lab and mining environments.

The role focuses on C++ development, code reviews, testing and integration, with opportunities to contribute ideas.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with C++ software development; embedded systems, Linux, robotics, or video technology is advantageous.
• Strong collaborative mindset and clear communication.
• Experience with Python, Pytest, Git, Azure or frontend frameworks such as React.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and improve software used in Epiroc equipment for mining applications.
• Primary focus on C++ development for video systems with some remote machine control.
• Collaborate with other developers through design reviews and testing.
• Test solutions in the lab and on real machines, and contribute to integration testing.
