Job summary

Qualifications

Duties

Table Maintenance

• Clear used dishes, utensils, and glassware from tables promptly after guests finish their meals. Wipe down tables and chairs, ensuring they are clean and presentable for the next guests. Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware in accordance with restaurant standards.

Support to Service Staff

• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables as needed. Help refill water glasses and provide additional items requested by guests. Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.

Cleanliness and Organization

• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including floors and entryways, by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris. Regularly check and restock supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and silverware, to ensure they are available for guests and staff. Assist with cleaning and organizing the service area, including the dishwashing station and storage areas.

Guest Interaction

• Greet guests warmly as they enter and ensure they are seated comfortably. Be attentive to guests' needs, providing assistance or information when necessary. Maintain a friendly demeanor, contributing to a positive dining atmosphere.

Adherence to Health and Safety Standards
