Job summary

Dindin Club in Sundbybergs kommun, Sweden is seeking a Restaurant Assistant to keep the restaurant clean, hygienic, and well-organized for service. You will work with both restaurant and kitchen teams and assist with daily cleaning and operational tasks.

You will perform duties such as cleaning and maintaining floors, tables, chairs, windows, restrooms, and service areas, washing dishes, and handling waste.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the restaurant throughout the day.

• Keep the dining area, entrance and service areas clean and presentable.
• Clean toilets and guest areas and maintain kitchen floors and surfaces.
• Wash dishes, glasses, cutlery and kitchen equipment as required.
• Empty rubbish bins and manage waste and recycling according to routines.
• Carry out daily opening and closing cleaning duties.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are clean, organized and available.
• Follow the restaurant's cleaning, hygiene and food-safety routines.
• Support the restaurant team with other reasonable operational tasks when needed.
• Report any cleaning, maintenance or safety issues to the manager.
