What are the specifics of Business Development Manager role responsible for Workspace in our Nordics region?

Key Responsibilities

Report to and work alongside the Regional Manager & Business Development Director to generate commercial opportunities and relationships for the business in the Nordic Market.

Generate Key Business Opportunities focusing on Crown Workspace in Moves & Changes, Design & Build, Fit-Out, New & Renewed Office Furniture and Major Workplace Chance Projects.

This role will typically see 5 days a week in building relationships via self-generated meetings/media/telephone/email/events with a heavy focus on new client relationships, introducing additional relevant workspace services and campaigns within the Nordic market.

Research:

· Monitor/Engage opportunities through external lead sources. Manage lead sources including feedback on data generated.

· Develop Third Party Relationships to create greater awareness within local marketplace and where possible develop ‘partner’ solutions for client projects.

Database Management:

· Update new and existing client’s accounts within the CRM system through regular contact with account contacts. Utilitise data to identify trends and action accordingly for marketplace advantage.

· Add relevant information from external sources to CRM system, building history and client intelligence to ensure project inclusion success.

· To keep CRM updated for reporting and marketing campaigns.

· Oversee & manage the information entered on to the CRM from all team members.

· Take overall responsibility of ‘major projects sheet’

Engagement:

· Research and identify potential targets.

· Develop relationships with historic and existing clients.

· Build relationships with key Decision Makers, Clients, Landlords, Property Agents & Workspace Consultancies.

· Work alongside each division of Crown to identify additional opportunities.

· Proactively market the services of each brand.

· Provide regular progress reports on team success as directed by the Regional Manager & Business Development Director

· Secure 5-10 appointments for major revenue opportunities per month. Track conclusion report on revenue.

· Produce Monthly Report of team success for inclusion in monthly business review.

· Support the Regional Manager and take a full and active role in all aspects of the department.

· Take an active role in cross referral activity between brands feeding into the Cross Referral Steering Group.

· Experienced in MS Excel, Word and ACT or other CRM systems
