Job summary

Nordisk Renting is seeking a commercially minded Business Controller to join the FP&A team in Sweden. The role focuses on financial performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis to inform strategic decisions.

You will partner with senior management and customer teams to drive performance and identify growth opportunities. You will also lead Finance's involvement in transaction processes, providing financial analysis and business case evaluation throughout the transaction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Control, FP&A, or similar analytical finance role.
• Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, and modelling.
• Commercial mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.

Nordisk Renting is a leading Nordic provider of long-term asset financing solutions. They are now looking for a commercially minded Business Controller to join their FP&A team and play a key role in supporting management with insight, analysis, and strategic decision-making.

In this highly visible role, you will work with financial performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis across the Group. Acting as a trusted finance partner to senior management and customer teams, you’ll help drive performance and identify opportunities for growth.

You will also lead Finance's involvement in transaction processes, providing financial analysis, business case evaluation, and decision support throughout the transaction lifecycle.

We Are Looking For Someone With

• Around 5 years' experience in Business Control, FP&A, or a similar analytical finance role
• Strong skills in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and modelling
• A commercial mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

Experience from banking, leasing, asset finance, real estate, or financial services is advantageous.
