About the Role

As Business Controller at CLER, you will be the financial co-pilot of our growth journey. You will provide sharp analysis, actionable insights, and reliable forecasts to support strategic decisions and operational excellence across the company.

What you will be doing

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reports with analysis of key variances and performance drivers.
• Partner with management and department leads to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs that give real-time visibility into business performance.
• Build and improve financial models to evaluate projects, investments, and new markets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls in collaboration with Finance.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, recommending corrective actions.

Whom are we looking for

• 5+ years of experience in business controlling, financial planning & analysis, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI/reporting tools (BI tools).
• Experience in start-ups, scale-ups, or international businesses is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, able to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
