The Opportunity

The FSP team develop and maintain a fully digital online financing experience for our retail, wholesale, and NGA sales channels. Financing is offered through integrations and partnerships with banks and leasing companies.

The purpose of the role is to “keep the lights on” by having responsibility for the ongoing activities, processes and new requirements for dedicated markets.


Key responsibilities and activities

  • Close collaboration with development and business teams: Facilitate communication between internal teams, business stakeholders and external bank partners to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
  • Requirement gathering for configurations and system enhancements: Gather detailed requirements and translate them into actionable technical user stories. An operations BA also performs many configurations of financing settings in the system.
  • Process optimization and improvement: Map out current processes and customer journeys, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimizations that improve both system performance and business efficiency.
  • Documentation and reporting: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation related to system operations
  • Monitoring and ensure of offered services availability to our customers
  • Incident and problem management


The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a candidate with a strong customer-oriented mindset who can effectively engage with both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships and convey complex information clearly.

You are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. The ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting is essential, as is being skilled in stakeholder and end-user communication. We value a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and decision-making, ensuring practical and effective solutions.

In addition, you'll need the following:

  • Proficiency in Jira
  • Experienced in the diagnosis of system faults through the analysis of log files and proficient in understanding Json
  • Passion for technology and helping people.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
