Job summary

W3Global is seeking a data products business analyst to partner with stakeholders, uncover business needs, define success metrics, and articulate the value each data initiative will deliver. You will translate requirements into technical specifications covering data sources, integration points, data quality, lineage, security, and performance expectations.

You will author high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria, manage the backlog in JIRA and AirFocus alongside the Product

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
• Hands-on Agile delivery experience, including user stories, JIRA, and AirFocus.
• End-to-end experience with Data Products, from integration through to support.
• Confidence asking incisive technical questions (data models, APIs, integration patterns, data quality) and capturing answers as clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted communication link between business and technical teams, resolving ambiguity with pace and clarity.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience deploying business analysis techniques to drive business change.
• Hands-on Agile delivery experience, including user stories, JIRA, and AirFocus.
• End-to-end experience with Data Products, from integration through to support.
• Confidence asking incisive technical questions (data models, APIs, integration patterns, data quality) and capturing answers as clear requirements.
• Familiarity with core data concepts such as ETL/ELT, raw data, data transformation and curation.
• Experience working across complex integrated systems and global, virtual teams.

Desirable

• Experience delivering site / facilities management projects.
• Understanding of regulated environments (e.g., GxP, data privacy).
