Then why not say Yes I Can! as we are looking for passionate people just like you!Key Responsibilities of the Breakfast Kitchen Team Leader:Supports the smooth running of the Breakfast Kitchen, where all aspects of the guest experience throughout the whole Hotel are delivered to the highest levelOversee the Kitchen Breakfast shift, including a full buffet breakfast.Order, prepare and present food according to Brand Standard guidelines.Supervises and schedules the breakfast kitchen team fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the departmentAccountable for ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attainedMaintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques.Ensure strict stock rotation and aim for minimal wastage.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas in accordance with Health & Safety and HACCP standards.The position is 20% admin and 80% operational.
