Job description

We are seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager to spearhead our collaboration strategy. This role is crucial for growing our brand by establishing new, impactful partnerships and B2B opportunities. You will be a key player in shaping how Happy Socks connects with other brands and businesses.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all brand & commercial collaborations from concept to completion and reporting (owning ETE timeline for collabs and working closely with product and marketing teams)
  • Support local markets with local collabs and execution of the GTM and marketing materials
  • Act as a business developer, identifying and pitching new B2B opportunities, similar to our existing collaboration
  • Prepare compelling pitch decks and broker new business deals, working closely with the sales team for a smooth handover
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, managing relationships and ensuring project success
  • Find new brand partnerships that elevate the brand and open new sales channels with different target groups


Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in brand partnerships, business development, or a similar role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining professional relationships
  • A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with a knack for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Creativity and a deep understanding of brand identity and market trends
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
