Brand Manager Marabou, O'boy & Daim – Maternity Cover

Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you will implement brand strategy aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and achieve business objectives. You will also support profit and loss management, future business development plans, including new product development and platform opportunities.

How you will contribute

You will execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will provide recommendations for commercial plans and support the development and execution of marketing strategies to meet revenue, profit, and sharing objectives, while monitoring performance. Your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy, and positioning will help develop integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns.

More about this role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing long-term business plans and strategies for Countlines and Refreshing Beverages
  • P&L responsibility for Countlines and Refreshing Beverages
  • Monitoring revenue, profit, and performance targets
  • Collaborating with Sales to ensure successful yearly growth plans aligned with overall chocolate growth strategy, including budget management
  • Implementing media strategies and ensuring communication consistency
  • Driving portfolio growth through innovation and optimization
  • Managing innovation pipeline via cross-functional teamwork
  • Handling daily business analysis (Nielsen, GfK, shipments, etc.), budgeting, and P&L management
  • Managing external agency collaborations

What you will bring

A passion for chocolate, Marabou, Daim & O’boy, and a drive to grow your career, with:

  • Education or certifications in Business or Marketing (preferred)
  • Experience as a Brand Manager or Junior Brand Manager, preferably in FMCG
  • Passion for brands, business, and consumer understanding
  • Experience in building business plans with a focus on revenue growth
  • Analytical and creative skills
  • Stakeholder management abilities
  • Storytelling skills to inspire and convince
  • Knowledge of the Nordic FMCG/retail market (meriting)
  • Knowledge of Nielsen Connect, Ad-hoc, and GfK (meriting)
  • Fluency in English and Swedish (meriting)

  • Maternity Cover (1 year) based in Upplands Väsby, with the possibility of WFH 2 days/week.
