Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you will implement brand strategy aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and meet business objectives. You will support profit and loss management, future business development, new product development, and platform opportunities.

How you will contribute

You will execute brand strategies, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will provide recommendations for commercial plans, support marketing plan development, and develop integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns based on consumer insights, brand strategy, and positioning.

More about this role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building long-term business plans and strategies for Countlines and Refreshing Beverages
  • P&L responsibility for these segments
  • Monitoring revenue, profit, and performance targets
  • Collaborating with Sales to ensure growth in line with overall strategy and budget
  • Implementing media strategy and ensuring communication consistency
  • Driving portfolio growth through innovation and optimization
  • Managing innovation pipeline projects with cross-functional teams
  • Handling daily business analysis, budgeting, and P&L management
  • Collaborating with external agencies

What you will bring

Passion for chocolate and brands like Marabou, Daim & O’boy, along with experience and knowledge in:

  • Business or Marketing education/certification
  • Brand management experience in FMCG
  • Business planning with revenue growth focus
  • Analytical and creative skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Storytelling abilities
  • Knowledge of Nordic FMCG/retail market, Nielsen, GfK, and bilingual proficiency in English and Swedish (meriting)

  • Role requires self-drive, growth mindset, and a can-do attitude, working independently and in teams.
  • This is a maternity cover (1 year) in Upplands Väsby, with potential WFH 2 days/week.
