Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) seeks an experienced BMS commissioning engineer for mission-critical facilities in Skövde, Sweden. You will lead FAT/SAT, point-to-point testing, IST, and documentation, coordinating with MEP teams to ensure quality and safety.

Requires 5+ years in BMS commissioning on large projects and experience with Desigo, EcoStruxure, Metasys, or Niagara. Fluency in English is essential; Swedish is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and reporting skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience commissioning Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Experience on data centres, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, healthcare, industrial or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC controls, chilled water systems, CRAH/CRAC units, AHUs, FCUs, pumps.
• Experience commissioning systems using major BMS platforms such as Siemens Desigo, Schneider EcoStruxure, Honeywell, Trend, Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, control drawings, and P&IDs.
• Experience with FAT, SAT, Functional Testing, and Integrated Systems Testing.
• BMS manufacturer certifications and commissioning qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all commissioning activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.

• Review control philosophies, cause & effect matrices, and sequence of operations.
• Execute integrated systems testing (IST) with mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve BMS and controls‑related issues during commissioning.
• Produce commissioning documentation, test scripts, reports, punch lists, and handover documentation.
• Coordinate with controls vendors, MEP contractors, and commissioning teams throughout project delivery.
• Ensure all commissioning activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
• Support client demonstrations, witness testing, and final system acceptance.

Required Experience

• 5+ years experience commissioning Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Previous experience on data centres, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, healthcare, industrial, or other mission‑critical projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC controls, chilled water systems, CRAH/CRAC units, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and associated plant.
• Experience commissioning systems using one or more major BMS platforms such as Siemens Desigo, Schneider EcoStruxure, Honeywell, Trend, Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, control drawings, and P&IDs.
• Experience with FAT, SAT, Functional Testing, and Integrated Systems Testing.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault‑finding skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience commissioning BMS on large‑scale commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or mission‑critical/data centre projects.
• Demonstrable experience with BMS platforms such as Siemens Desigo, Schneider EcoStruxure, Honeywell, Trend, Johnson Controls Metasys, or Tridium Niagara.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, control philosophies, sequence of operations, point‑to‑point testing, functional testing, integrated systems testing (IST), and commissioning documentation.
• BMS manufacturer certifications and commissioning qualifications are highly desirable.
