Job summary

Minnovation International AB is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Södertälje, Sweden. The role involves planning, executing, and delivering non-standard equipment projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, strong project management skills, and be proficient in English and Chinese.

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate various teams, ensure timely delivery, and communicate effectively with both local and international clients. Candidates with PMP certification and experience in industrial automation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in equipment manufacturing or industrial automation.
• Familiarity with non-standard equipment project processes, from design to delivery.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, risks, and resources using PM methodologies.
• Prepare and monitor project implementation plans and timelines.
• Organize on-site installation and debugging work.
• Track project issues and coordinate resources to resolve problems.
