Job Description

Wearelooking for a skilled and proactive Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist to joinour team. In thisrole, youwill be responsible for maintaining, developing, and optimizingreports, applications, and data flows, ensuringthatstakeholdershaveeasy access to actionableinsights. Youwillworkcloselywithvarious teams to streamline data processes, challengerequirements, and support the creationof a future-proof BI platform.

KeyResponsibilities

• Maintain and generatereports and applications from relevant systems, ensuringtheyareaccurate, timely, and meet the needsofstakeholders.

• Clarify, structure, and challengerequirements from stakeholders to optimize solutions, minimize the numberofreports, and promote the useofexistingreports.

• Develop, improve, and optimizereports, applications, and data flows to ensurethattheyremain relevant and efficient.

• Contribute to the creationof a future-proof, maintainable Business Intelligenceplatformthatmeetsevolving business needs.

• Analyze data from variousapplications, summarizeresults, and drawactionableconclusions to support businessdecisions.

• Traincolleagues and end-users on BI tools and applications, ensuringtheyhave the knowledge and skills to leverage data effectively.

• Empowerusersacross the organization to createtheirown simple reports and analysesthrough intuitive BI tools.

CandidateProfile

Wearelooking for a highlyskilled and motivated Business Intelligence Specialist whothrives in a dynamic, fast-pacedenvironment. The ideal candidatewillhave a strong technicalbackground, particularly in Power BI and SQL, with a demonstratedability to translate complex data intoclear and actionableinsights. Theyshould be proactive, detail-oriented, and capableofmanagingmultipleprojectssimultaneouslywhilemaintaininghigh-quality standards. As a team player, the candidatewillalso be comfortabletrainingcolleagues and end-users, ensuringthateveryonecan make the mostof the BI tools and applications.

• Experience:
  At least 3 yearsof hands-on experienceworkingwith Power BI, includingexpertise in data modeling, creatingmeasures, designing reports, and providingusertraining.

• Technical Skills:
  Strong proficiency in SQL, with a preference for experience in the Snowflake environment. The ideal candidate should be able to write efficient queries and work seamlessly with large data sets.Proficiency in Python is a plus.

• Languages:
  Fluency in both Swedish and English, bothwritten and spoken. The ability to communicateeffectively in bothlanguages is crucial for collaboratingwith teams and stakeholders.

• Project Management:
  Experience managingmultipleprojectssimultaneouslywhilemaintaininghigh standards ofqualityand meeting deadlines. The candidateshould be able to prioritize tasks, workindependently, and ensuretimelydeliveryofprojects.

The BI team

The BI team consistsoftwo senior BI engineers/specialists whoworkcloselytogether, supported by the country andcluster teams (BI-North). Youwillhaveopportunities for collaboration and mutual support within the team to drive success in yourrole.
