Job summary

CHANEL in Malmö is seeking a Beauty Boutique Associate to create exclusive client experiences while achieving sales targets. This part-time, permanent 75% position includes a six-month probation and hours across weekdays, evenings and weekends.

You will provide expert advice on CHANEL fragrance, makeup and skincare, build long-term client relationships, assist with stock and boutique operations, and report to the Boutique Manager in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Professional makeup artist or cosmetology background or strong product expertise.
• Fluency in Swedish and/or English.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to take ownership.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Achieve defined sales targets including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit and conversion rate.
• Build long-term client relationships and recruit new clients.
• Provide expert advice on CHANEL products across fragrance, makeup and skincare.
• Offer makeup and skincare consultations to deliver personalized beauty experiences.
• Manage boutique operations and stock, report to Boutique Manager including cash reconciliation.

Beauty Boutique AssociateCHANEL is seeking a Beauty Boutique Associate with passion for beauty, customer service, and sales.As a Beauty Boutique Associate, you will create exclusive customer experiences while achieving our sales targets. In this role, your primary responsibility is to represent the brand and its values. With a high level of service and strong knowledge of the brand’s products and heritage, you will consistently strive to deliver exceptional and personalized experiences.This is a part-time, permanent 75% position with a six-month probation period, with working hours scheduled across weekdays, evenings and weekends.You will be part of an inspiring environment with opportunities for growth within a company known for its high ambitions and bold spirit.
