Job summary

Sephora Malmö is seeking a part-time Beauty Advisor to support store operations and deliver excellent customer service in a dynamic beauty environment. You will help maintain product displays, assist customers, and participate in inventory and merchandising tasks.

You will join a diverse team focused on empowering clients and staying on top of beauty trends, with fluency in English and a friendly, team-oriented approach to daily store life.

Qualifications

• Comparable experience or interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or gastronomy sector.
• First experience in retail and in advising and dealing with customers.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends.
• Fluent in English or native language of the country.
• Acts people oriented.
• Shows creativity and drives innovation.
• Strives for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications.
• Assortment and merchandise maintenance.
• Ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked and products are prepared for sale.
• Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor.
• Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
• Support with the conversion/construction of merchandising updates.
• Carrying out inventories.
• Operating cash register and handling transactions.
• Additional tasks related to daily business.
