Ericsson in Stockholm is looking for two Baseband Developers (L1) at the early career stage to work on the Baseband Software powering today's 5G networks and future 6G innovations. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality baseband software using C/C++ and Python, across the full software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Wireless Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in embedded software and real-time systems.
• Solid programming skills in C/C++.
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for technology.
• Interest in AI-powered development tools and Agentic AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain baseband software for the 5G/L1 layer.
• Study, implement, and verify new features for 5G networks and future 6G solutions.
• Work in a real-time embedded software environment and solve complex technical challenges.
