Job summary

Restaurang Basta Falun AB in Västerås is seeking a Bartender to join our new opening. You will craft cocktails and drinks to Basta standards, deliver friendly, confident bar service, and work closely with floor and management to keep service lively, organized and full of personality.

We’re looking for energy, enthusiasm and a real passion for hospitality. Previous bar or restaurant experience, a positive attitude, superb teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails, wines and drinks to Basta standards.

• Manage stock, garnishes and bar preparation before and during service.
• Follow hygiene, alcohol service and safety standards at all times.

The Role

As Bartender, you will prepare drinks with consistency, confidence and care while helping create the lively, generous atmosphere Basta is known for. You will work closely with the floor and management teams to keep service smooth, organised and full of personality.
