Job summary

Truecaller is hiring a Backend Software Engineer to build and maintain the core high-traffic services powering the platform. You will contribute across the full development lifecycle from planning to release, influencing system design and performance at scale.

The role requires strong experience in Java, Go or Scala, and a solid foundation in distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Go or Scala and distributed systems concepts.
• Experience building data-intensive backend services.
