Brite Payments in Stockholm is seeking a Software Engineer to join our core team building a scalable backend for our instant payments platform. You will contribute to the foundation of our core banking functionality and work on systems that require precision and reliability.

You will tackle distributed microservices, event-driven architectures, and data integrity challenges using Python, FastAPI, and cloud-native deployments, with ownership from day one in a collaborative fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Python backend development with deployment experience.
• Experience with cloud-native applications and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend frameworks for core platform.
• Contribute to core banking functionality and reliability.
