Job summary

KUBO in Sweden seeks an Azure Cloud Architect to join a consulting team supporting a Swedish public-sector organization. You will design Azure environments, Landing Zones, and cloud governance across complex IT landscapes, with fluent Swedish and English.

Responsibilities include developing target architectures, CAF-based governance, and guidelines for cloud/hybrid setups; enabling Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power BI, Microsoft 365 and AI solutions while ensuring security and cost governance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience with Microsoft Azure in large organizations or complex IT environments.
• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, or technical architecture.
• Proven experience designing and establishing Azure environments.
• Strong experience with Azure Landing Zones and cloud governance.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) or equivalent cloud governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Azure security, governance, and cost management.
• Fluent Swedish and English – both mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Work in accordance with the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) or equivalent frameworks.
• Develop target architectures, solution designs, and technical guidelines for cloud and hybrid environments.
• Support the development and management of Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and AI solutions.
• Ensure appropriate security, governance, and cost control across Azure environments.
• Collaborate with solution architects, infrastructure specialists, developers, data professionals, and other technical teams.
• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute to roadmaps, implementation plans, documentation, and ways of working.
• Support the implementation and ongoing management of cloud solutions.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and the development of internal cloud capabilities.
