Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing core infrastructure team in Stockholm. This permanent role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining Azure-based infrastructure with some on-prem exposure, and a balance of operations and project work.

You will work with stakeholders across the business, drive IaC practices, and help shape cloud standards. The position is primarily onsite in Stockholm with hybrid elements as the platform evolves.

Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer - Stockholm - Swedish Speaking - Must be Swedish resident

Location: Stockholm (primarily onsite)

We are looking for a Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing core infrastructure team within a financial services environment. This is a critical hire and offers the opportunity to have a significant impact on both day-to-day operations and the future cloud platform.

You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders, supporting existing infrastructure while driving new cloud initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Azure-based infrastructure, with some exposure to on-premises environments
• Drive and improve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices across the platform
• Support networking and security, including Azure networking, firewalls, and connectivity
• Participate in customer onboarding, translating business requirements into secure and scalable infrastructure solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders to balance business needs and technical constraints
• Take ownership of infrastructure operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
• Contribute to new projects, cloud migrations, and platform improvements
• Collaborate with a small but impactful infrastructure team, mentoring more junior engineers where needed
• Support a hybrid workload: approximately 50% operations / 50% project work
• Help prepare the platform for future multi-cloud initiatives and integrations with non-Microsoft ecosystems

Tech Stack (Current & Evolving)

• Infrastructure as Code: Bicep, ARM, Terraform (experience with any is valuable)
• Networking & Security: Azure Virtual Networks, Firewalls (Azure Firewall, network security concepts), Identity and access management
• DevOps & Automation: CI/CD pipelines, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting
• Monitoring & Operations: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics (or equivalent tools)
• Environments: Hybrid cloud (Azure + on-prem), with multi-cloud on the roadmap

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience as a Senior Azure / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
• Solid understanding of Azure core services, networking, and security principles
• Proven experience working with IaC in production environments
• Comfortable operating in hybrid cloud and enterprise infrastructure setups
• Experience working closely with stakeholders and non-technical teams
• Ability to balance operational responsibilities with project delivery
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Swedish (required)
• Comfortable working primarily onsite

Nice to Have

• Background in financial services or regulated environments
• Strong networking or firewall engineering experience
• Experience with identity platforms (Azure AD / Entra ID)
• Exposure to Salesforce or SaaS-heavy environments
• Interest in growing into future leadership or specialist roles (e.g. networking focus)
