Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled AV Technician for Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre. We are looking for someone with a strong service mindset who always puts the guest first. You will report to the AV Managers.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure all technical equipment is properly prepared and set up in conference areas.
• Service and maintenance of all AV equipment.
• Participate in the planning and execution of conferences and events.
• Lead and coordinate with hired freelance technicians.

Qualifications

We require experience within AV technology, including:

• Audio.
• Lighting.
• Video.
• IT.

As an AV Technician, you should quickly understand clients' needs and wishes and be able to provide the best technical solution for each event organizer. The successful candidate should be self‑motivated, responsible, and proactive. A positive "Yes I Can" service attitude is essential.

You must have excellent knowledge of both English and Swedish, spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with:

• IT.
• Power consumption planning, for example in exhibition environments.
• Rigging and safety, including truss systems and chain hoists.
• Live sound, lighting, or video technician work.
• Installation of audio, lighting, video, and/or network solutions.
• OptoCore, Q-Sys, Crestron, Dante, ACN, or AMX systems, which are used within the congress center.
