Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel in Stockholm is seeking an Extra a La Carte Server to join our vibrant team. You will be part of an energetic department delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting varied shifts in the afternoon and evening.

Experience in food & beverage service is essential, with a focus on À la carte table service. You will work collaboratively to uphold high standards, show initiative, and maintain strong communication in English (Swedish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Works as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Takes responsibility for assigned duties, ensuring timely and professional execution.
• Delivers departmental plans and achieves hotel initiatives and targets.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships while promoting Radisson culture and values.
• Ensures adherence to legislation and internal audit requirements with proper documentation.
• Shifts are afternoon and evening; you may join the extra staff pool on a need basis.

We are currently seekingan Extra a La CarteServer to join our vibrant team at Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, in Stockholm. • Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
• Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
• Delivers departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
• Work hours are afternoon and evening based.
• Shifts are scheduledon a "need be" basis, which means you will become a part of our extra staff pool.

• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned.
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
• Strong communication skills in English is mandatory.Fluency in both English and Swedish is desirable.
