Job summary

ALTEN is seeking a Test Engineer in Sweden to join the automotive client team. You will plan, prepare, and execute verification activities across simulations, test rigs, and vehicles, ensuring products meet technical targets before release. You will collaborate with development teams on verification criteria and test requirements, and help shape verification strategies.

The role requires a B.Sc./M.Sc. in Engineering and at least two years of testing/verification experience, with MATLAB/Simulink

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in testing, verification, or validation.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute verification activities using test rigs, simulations, and vehicles.
• Define verification criteria and test requirements for functions and features.
• Create test plans and execute testing; analyze results and provide recommendations.
• Manage and report faults identified during testing.
• Contribute to development of test methods and verification strategies.
