Sigma Group is seeking a Test Fleet Engineer to join a customer assignment in the automotive sector. You will ensure high availability and efficient use of the customer’s test fleet, coordinating with project management, test teams and workshops across the vehicle lifecycle.

You will drive continuous improvements and take initiative to turn ideas into practical changes. We value collaboration, engagement and the ability to bring people together to achieve results.

Qualifications

• Around 5–10 years of engineering experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong technical understanding and an interest in vehicles and product development.
• Experience coordinating and driving activities from problem to solution.
• Good communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
• Bachelor or Master in Product Development, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a similar field.
