ALTEN is seeking a HIL/SIL Test Engineer with a background in embedded systems to ensure quality and functionality through system-level testing on embedded platforms. The role offers opportunities on challenging projects with a strong focus on test automation and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with HIL environments, develop test scripts, and leverage tools like Vision, INCA, Polarion, and ETAS to drive robust testing across multiple automotive platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years as a Test Engineer, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of C/C++.
• Experience with SIL/HIL testing and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with Vision, INCA, Polarion, ETAS, and other platform tools.
• Proficiency in Python for test automation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system testing on embedded platforms, with a focus on Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing.
• Work with tools such as Vision, INCA, Polarion, and ETAS.
• Develop and maintain test scripts and automated solutions, including Python (PyCharm).
• Handle calibration and multi-functional tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the team to identify, analyze, and resolve technical challenges.
