ALTEN is seeking Embedded Software Testers to shape automotive technology. You will design and automate test cases for embedded systems, verify diagnostics and interfaces, and work across HIL, simulation, and real hardware environments in a collaborative, multinational setting.

The role emphasizes test automation, AUTOSAR familiarity, and experience with CAN/CANoe, CAPL or Python for scripting. A Master’s degree and fluency in English are required.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience in automotive testing and AUTOSAR is essential.
• Strong knowledge of CAN and Automotive Ethernet.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and automate test cases for embedded software and system functions.
• Verify software functionality, interfaces, diagnostics, and communication behaviours.
• Work in HIL environments, simulations, and on target hardware.
• Analyze test results and support root cause analysis with developers and system engineers.
• Contribute to test automation and continuous improvement of test methods and tools.
• Collaborate with developers, test engineers, system engineers, and safety engineers.
