Qualifications

• Demonstrable knowledge of scripts in some administrative language like Perl, bash, or sh.
• Great understanding of managed service provider operations and systems administration.
• Linux or Solaris knowledge along with TCP/IP and network troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Create automation for client requests.
• Enhance automation by collaborating with internal and client SMEs.
• Repair impacted automations for better performance.
• Develop automations ensuring adherence to internal standards.
• Refine automation processes for improved resolution.

Skills

Scripting in administrative languages (Perl, bash, sh, etc.)

System administration and managed service provider operations

Linux or Solaris knowledge

TCP/IP, DNS, and Apache knowledge

Basic network troubleshooting

Shell scripting
