  • Support a wide range of internal and external events, including leadership meetings, onboarding programs, and customer-facing activities.
  • Coordinate engagement initiativesthat foster collaboration and connection across the organization.
  • Maintain and oversee the annual communication and event calendar for the unit, ensuring alignment and visibility across teams, and manage our inside page and internal communication.
  • Manage administrative taskssuch as procurement, scheduling, document handling, and travel logistics with precision and independence.
  • Build a strong internal network, working closely with teams across departments and levels.

Your Background

  • Proven experience in event coordination and administrative support, ideally within a corporate or industrial environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, with a strong capacity to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, paired with a collaborative and service-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools used for scheduling, coordination, and event management, along with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
  • Vocational or technical educationis considered an asset.
  • Self-driven and reliable, with the ability to work independently and provide guidance or support to junior colleagues when needed.
