Qualifications
Experience having shipped a AA or AAA game working as a mentor, manager and/or Art Director.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including artistic feedback.
Strong understanding of colour, composition, and visual storytelling.
Ability to provide visual and written briefs for artists.
Broad range of experience or knowledge on various art specialisms and styles.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the Visual Style and Tone for the project.
Develop and lead the Art Team with clarity of vision.
Carry forth the artistic vision from prototyping to execution.
Utilise knowledge of gaming trends and design requirements.
