Join us as an Area Sales Manager and play a key role in driving profitable growth across your region. You’ll build and strengthen relationships with partners, dealers, installers, and architects, while actively managing a pipeline of CEDRAL and EQUITONE projects. Through your technical expertise and commitment to delivering a great customer experience, you’ll create value for stakeholders and contribute to the continued success of our innovative product range.

What You’ll Do
  • Use your deep understanding of construction products and systems to explain their benefits and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Consult with clients to understand their unique challenges and goals and recommend tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Play a vital role in the sales process, ensuring our products not only meet specifications but also contribute to the success of construction projects.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts to drive growth and ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Lead negotiations and close major deals that significantly impact business growth.
  • Provide valuable insights to help shape the company’s direction and product offerings.
