We are looking for an Application Specialist who wants to grow with us. You will be a key player in the meeting with our customers, you will help them get started and ensure that they get maximum business benefit from the platform. The role requires a combination of technical understanding and customer empathy. You will take new customers from contract to live, adapt the platform to the customer’s flows, test newly developed functionality, train and guide users in the system and provide educational support. It is important to have a technical understanding at the level below the application such as information models and integrations. It is also important to communicate clearly with both technicians and the business side.
