Job summary

Extenda Retail is shaping the future of retail logistics with a cloud-based WMS designed for complexity and scale. As an Application Consultant, you will translate client needs into functional requirements and work with major retailers to optimize logistics workflows.

You will join cross-functional teams, leveraging your knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and programming languages to deliver tangible business value while growing professionally within a technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science/Logistics or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of WMS and/or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Java, C# or TypeScript.
• Fluency in English and Swedish, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of service to clients and understand their business needs.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional system specs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement logistics and warehouse improvements.

The role

As an Application Consultant at Extenda Retail, you will work closely with our clients and act as a product expert, helping them understand and make the most of our solution. You will work with well-known companies across logistics, retail and e-commerce, analyzing their needs and translating them into functional requirements that shape the solution. With a strong understanding of workflows, processes and the logistics industry, you will be at the heart of the business, helping our clients succeed.

You will contribute to our clients’ success by delivering a high level of service and developing a strong understanding of their business needs. You will have a direct impact on their day-to-day operations by helping develop and optimize their logistics flows. Working in cross-functional teams, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver solutions that create real value for our clients. The role sits at the intersection of technology and business, giving you the opportunity to grow professionally while making a real impact.

You’re ambitious, driven and have a solid understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry. You’re curious about technology and how it can be used to improve business processes, and you enjoy sharing ideas and finding better ways of working.
