Job summary

APR Technologies AB is seeking a senior, customer-facing engineer to drive technical dialogue from opportunity through delivery. You will translate customer and contractual needs into clear commitments while balancing performance, cost, schedule and risk.

The role requires five+ years in customer-facing solutions for complex hardware, plus proven ability to translate requirements into proposals, scope, and acceptance criteria. English fluency and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in customer-facing solutions for complex hardware.
• Experience converting customer needs into proposals, scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Proven negotiation experience with commercial impact.
• Ability to assess trade-offs across performance, cost, schedule and risk.
• Fluent professional English and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical customer dialogue, clarify needs and align solution scope and acceptance criteria.
• Own technical inputs to bids, proposals, compliance matrices, statements of work and estimates.
• Secure internal review and approval before technical or commercial commitments.
• Coordinate engineering, Product Assurance, project and sales teams around customer commitments.
• Negotiate technical changes with visibility of cost, schedule, risk and qualification impacts.
• Represent APR at customer sites during sales meetings, reviews, integration and tests.
