We are seeking for a highly motivated Application Consultant in the field of Image Guided Surgery and surgical disciplines to support the Sales Team in Scandinavia. The position will be reporting directly to the Regional Manager Scandinavia. It will be a home office position located preferably around Malmö, Sweden.

Responsibilities
  • Educate, train, provide on-site guidance and assistance to physicians and hospital personnel
  • Perform new system installations
  • Effective communication with customers to understand problems and adequate troubleshooting of issues
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills: task prioritization, effective time management
  • Initiate upgrade projects with existing Brainlab installations
  • Sell service contracts to existing Brainlab customers
  • Monitors and promotes customer usage of products
  • Conduct software updates
  • Attend meetings and trade shows to demonstrate and promote products and services
Qualifications
  • Preferably you have completed studies in the field of Biomedical Engineering, have a technical degree or equivalent
  • Self-planning, organization and implementation of all service activities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and individually
  • Good sense of humor
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Speak fluently English and Swedish or Danish or Norwegian
  • Necessary to possess a valid driving license
