Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Stockholm, Sweden, seeks an experienced Android developer for a fixed-term assignment to design, build and continuously improve the client’s online platform.

The role requires 7+ years of native Android experience with Kotlin/Java, MVVM architecture, REST API integration, and strong testing, logging and analytics knowledge. You will mentor a distributed team and contribute to CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strong experience in developing native Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Strong experience with MVVM architecture and Android application design patterns.
• Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs and consuming JSON data.

Job Description

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand requirements and work independently.
  
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide team members working remotely/offshore.
