Job summary

Maandag Nordic is seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Developer with strong Android Automotive expertise in Gothenburg. You will develop and integrate Android Automotive and embedded software across platform layers, collaborating with global engineering teams to deliver robust solutions.

You will lead hardware bring‑up, debugging on target hardware, and work across emulators and real rigs to ensure reliability.

Qualifications

• University degree in CS/SE/EE or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development in embedded or automotive context.
• Solid embedded Linux and lower‑level development experience.
• Strong Android Automotive (AAOS) experience across platform layers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate Android Automotive and embedded software across platform layers.
• Implement and maintain features with the Platform team and stakeholders.
• Work on system integration, hardware bring‑up and debugging on target hardware.
• Investigate and resolve issues across software and hardware boundaries.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and platform improvements.
• Collaborate in an agile team and take ownership of technical areas.
