Job summary

Bravida Holding AB in Stockholms kommun is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer responsible for designing and owning data models that enhance operational and financial processes. A strong focus on AI and generative analytics is central to this role.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years in analytics, robust dbt and Snowflake experience, and excellent stakeholder management skills. This is a chance to make impactful data-driven decisions within a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or Data Analyst.
• Deep dbt experience; building and maintaining production-grade models.
• Strong Snowflake or comparable modern platform experience.
• Solid grasp of dimensional modelling, data contracts, and semantic layer design.
• Active user of AI tools in your workflow.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• English required; Nordic languages a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own data models in dbt on Snowflake.
• Define and enforce modelling standards and documentation.
• Build and manage pipelines in Dagster.
• Work with AI tooling to enhance output.
• Drive the move toward generative analytics.
• Lead analytics data quality and reliability improvements.
