Job summary

The Analytics Engineer role at Tenth Revolution Group is an in-house position in Stockholm, offering a hybrid work setup and a permanent contract. You will move beyond traditional reporting to shape how data is modeled, governed and consumed across the business.

You will partner with data engineers, business stakeholders and AI specialists to build scalable analytics, semantic models, KPIs and dashboards, enabling self-service analytics and future AI use cases across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience developing BI solutions using Power BI.
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
• Experience with cloud data platforms like Microsoft Fabric or Azure.
• Experience implementing security models (Row-Level Security) and data governance best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management skills bridging business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop semantic models and scalable data models
• Define, document and maintain business KPIs and metrics
• Build intuitive dashboards and analytical solutions in Power BI
• Enable self-service analytics across the business
• Ensure strong data quality, governance, security and performance
• Create data models that support future AI and natural language analytics
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions
