Job summary

The Analytics Engineer role at Tenth Revolution Group is an in-house position in Stockholm, offering a hybrid work setup and a permanent contract. You will move beyond traditional reporting to shape how data is modeled, governed and consumed across the business.

You will partner with data engineers, business stakeholders and AI specialists to build scalable analytics, semantic models, KPIs and dashboards, enabling self-service analytics and future AI use cases across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience developing BI solutions using Power BI.
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
• Experience with cloud data platforms like Microsoft Fabric or Azure.
• Experience implementing security models (Row-Level Security) and data governance best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management skills bridging business and technical teams.

An established Nordic organisation is investing heavily in its modern data platform and is looking for an Analytics Engineer to play a key role in that journey.

This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional reporting and help define how data is modelled, governed and consumed across the business. You'll work at the intersection of business, analytics and engineering, building the foundations for self‑service analytics and future AI capabilities.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for making data accessible, trusted and meaningful by developing semantic models, defining business metrics and creating scalable analytics solutions that support decision‑making across the organisation.

Working closely with Data Engineers, business stakeholders and AI specialists, you’ll help ensure the organisation’s data is ready not only for reporting today, but for AI-driven use cases tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop semantic models and scalable data models
