Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced R&D Engineer specializing in Analog Electronics Hardware Design to join their team in Ludvika, Sweden. You will focus on developing critical valve electronics products for High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) systems and work in a collaborative environment to ensure innovative design and testing.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field along with at least 8 years of industry experience in analog and power electronics. You will be responsible for creating designs within project limits and participating extensively in product lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing analog/power electronics hardware.
• Proficiency in board bring-up and debugging skills.
• Experience with lab equipment for analog signal measurements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain valve electronics products for HVDC systems.
• Create robust designs within cost and time limits.
