Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an AI Transformation Partner to move clients from AI ambition to AI reality. This role bridges business and technology, guiding executive stakeholders and defining strategic directions for AI transformation.

You will assess readiness, lead workshops, and shape roadmaps that drive measurable business value, while steering multidisciplinary teams to deliver client engagements and champion AI adoption and change management.

Qualifications

• Extensive consulting, advisory, transformation, or AI leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and communicate confidently at both boardroom and delivery-team level.
• Experience in facilitating executive workshops and strategic conversations.
• Experience creating business cases, roadmaps, and transformation plans.
• Strong commercial mindset and experience supporting sales pursuits.
• Option 1: AI Architect Turned Business Leader – Engaging with executives, Shaping transformation agendas, Leading large client engagements, Developing business opportunities, Influencing strategic decisions.
• Option 2: Engagement Manager with AI Expertise – Generative AI, AI strategy, AI governance, AI operating models, AI adoption and change management.

We are looking for an AI Transformation Partner to help our clients move from AI ambition to AI reality. This is not a pure technology role, nor is it a traditional consulting role. We are looking for a leader who can bridge business and technology, inspire executive stakeholders, define strategic direction, and guide organizations through meaningful AI transformation.

In this role, you will:

As a trusted advisor, coach, and transformation leader, you will help clients:

Your profile
