You will assess readiness, shape agendas, and define strategically valuable AI roadmaps. This leadership position requires deep expertise and the ability to secure buy-in from senior stakeholders across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Extensive consulting, advisory, transformation, or AI leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Experience in facilitating executive workshops and strategic conversations.
• Experience creating business cases, roadmaps, and transformation plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness and identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Lead workshops, executive discussions, and business transformation programs.
• Define AI visions, strategies, and roadmaps that deliver measurable business value.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure successful delivery of client engagements.
• Translate AI possibilities into practical initiatives, operating models, and investment decisions.
• Become a trusted advisor to clients on AI adoption, governance, organisational readiness and change.
