Redeploy is a Nordic-focused consultancy helping organisations design, build, and operate modern cloud, data and AI platforms. The Strategy team guides clients through technology-driven change, clarifying priorities and shaping direction to turn strategy into measurable outcomes.

You work with platform, data, and AI engineers, bridging leadership, product and technical teams, with opportunities to shape multi-engagement strategies and executive-level advisory.

Qualifications

• Technical background in data engineering, cloud, architecture and analytics.
• Experience in consulting or advisory roles guiding technology-driven change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in ambiguous environments.
• Confident communicator who adapts messaging to engineering, product and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Guide organisations through technology-driven change with a focus on making strategy executable.
• Shape project scope and contribute in sales/RFP stages.
• Drive delivery, manage stakeholders and prevent bottlenecks during engagements.
