Job summary

Sigma Software is seeking a Business Development Manager to join the AI direction, focusing on innovative digital solutions and business development within IT. You will drive AI-powered platforms, intelligent automation, and ML applications for global clients.

You will manage the full sales cycle, deliver compelling presentations, develop opportunities, and ensure alignment with client needs while expanding the customer base and revenue. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree.
• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within IT/software development, with proven success in AI-related projects.
• Proven track record of successfully completing complex AI proposals and formal tenders involving cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English.
• Knowledge of software development processes and AI solution lifecycles.
• Experience preparing proposals and presentation materials for AI-powered solutions.
• Strong negotiation, business communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work accurately, stay organized, and pay attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Seek and target new customers and sales opportunities, initiating action plans to approach and secure new business for the Company, focusing on AI-driven solutions and services.
• Participate actively in the sales process, delivering presentations, developing new opportunities, and managing customers through the sales cycle.
• Identify client expectations and ensure proposals align with business needs.
• Drive contract signing processes and related negotiations.
• Prepare and develop documentation including case studies, contracts, and sales materials.
• Ensure smooth transition of new accounts to the Delivery team.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure proposals meet profitability KPIs.
• Build and expand a network of professional connections relevant to the Company’s services.
• Continuously increase company revenue and expand the customer base.
• Analyze conferences, AI events, and market opportunities.
