Job summary

Ampstek is hiring for a role in Stockholm to deploy and operate a private AI platform on VMware Cloud Foundation with NVIDIA GPUs. The position is hybrid, requiring 2 days in the office weekly, and a 12+ month contract in Stockholm, Sweden.

You will implement Kubernetes on VMware, enable GPU workloads, and build reproducible infrastructure using Terraform or Ansible, with Git-based workflows and SSO integration. Fluent English is a must for global collaboration.

Qualifications

Hands-on deployment and configuration of VMware Cloud Foundation 9.x.
Kubernetes on VMware in production.
NVIDIA GPU enablement on vSphere.
Infrastructure as code with Terraform or Ansible, managed in Git.
Active security clearance.
Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Deploy and configure VMware Cloud Foundation (ESXi, vSAN, NSX, SDDC Manager) on GPU-equipped hardware and validate cluster readiness, networking and GPU enablement.
Deploy vSphere Kubernetes Service (VKS) for GPU workloads.
Implement infrastructure as code so cluster creation and lifecycle operations are fully reproducible.
Integrate the platform with Active Directory and SSO.
Set up VCF Automation for governed self-service of Kubernetes namespaces, with RBAC and audit logging.
