Gilion AB, a growing product company in Sweden, is building AI-powered analytics and forecasting to help founders grow. You’ll join our AI team to build the core infrastructure powering Gilion’s AI-driven financial analysis and data processing.

Get hands-on with scalable backend services, AI tool integration, and data pipelines, while collaborating with product and engineering to extend data capabilities and ensure robust production systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a software/backend engineer.
• Experience with microservice architectures and production-grade backend systems.
• Strong Python or Go backend development skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services that process and serve customer data for AI agents.
• Integrate with AI orchestration systems to ensure agents have access to the right tools and data.
• Continuously refine automated analysis workflows to improve accuracy, scalability, and robustness.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to extend data capabilities and handle new data sources.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot data pipelines and LLM features in production.
• Demonstrate production-ready coding with clean, maintainable software in a microservice architecture.
