Job summary

You will join the AI team to build core infrastructure powering Gilion’s AI-driven financial analysis, designing scalable backend services, integrating with orchestration systems, and continuously refining data workflows.

About the role

You’ll join our AI team to build the core infrastructure powering Gilion’s AI-driven financial analysis. You will:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services that process and serve customer data for AI agents.
• Integrate with AI orchestration systems to ensure agents have access to the right agentic tools (MCPs) and data for their tasks.
• Continuously refine automated analysis workflows to improve accuracy, scalability, and robustness.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to extend data capabilities and handle new data types or sources.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot data pipelines and LLM features in production.
• Proven experience as a software engineer / backend engineer and working in a microservice architecture.
• Strong backend development skills (Python, Go or similar), with deep understanding of service design and APIs.
• You’re a strong coder who writes clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
• You’re excited by the idea of using AI to solve real customer problems and improve product experiences.
